Private classes

One-to-one lessons are usually conducted in the privacy of your own home and can be an ideal starting point before joining a group class. The classes are crafted to your interests, needs and to fit around your busy schedule.

New to Yoga?

If you are new to yoga it is recommended that you receive a minimum of 4 private lessons spaced over a month period. After this time regular private lessons are recommended on either a fortnightly or monthly basis depending on your level of understanding, confidence and lifestyle commitments. This time period allows you to fully develop your understanding of your personal practice before you explore yoga on your own.

 

Rates and discounts:

£50 per lesson - bring a friend for free!

Discount: £45 per hour (for a block of 4 or more lessons pre-paid)

Private lessons are also available for small groups. These lessons will be designed to suit the overall needs of the group. Price is negotiable depending on number of students.

Equipment:

All equipment is provided for private classes

 

Cancellation policy

Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy with a 50% charge applied to appointments not cancelled with sufficient notice.

Stretchy/comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movement and all practice is in bare feet

Avoid eating a heavy meal prior to your session
